Privacy policy
Window is made by ELU Labs. This policy describes what the app does with your information. The short version: nothing leaves your iPhone.
Data we collect
None. Window has no account system, no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising, no tracking, and no server. The app does not send any of your data off your device.
Data stored on your device
Window stores the following on your iPhone, in the app's private storage:
- The items you add — name, category, icon, and schedule (repeat interval, due date, reminder timing).
- When you last did each item, and a history of each time you marked it done, including any notes from earlier versions of the app.
- Your settings, such as whether reminders are on.
- Whether you've purchased Window+.
A summary of your upcoming items is shared with Window's own widget through a private app group on your device, so the widget can display it. It is not shared with anyone else. This data is included in your iPhone's regular backups; deleting the app removes it from the device.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, Window schedules reminders locally on your iPhone. No notification content is sent to or through any server, and Window does not use push notifications.
In-app purchases
Window uses Apple's StoreKit for the optional one-time Window+ purchase. Apple — not ELU Labs — processes your payment under Apple's privacy policy. We never see your payment details.
Third-party services
None. Window does not include any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking code.
Children's privacy
Window does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. Because we don't collect contact information, we can't notify you directly — please check this page if you'd like to stay current.
